The Fractional Consultant announces that its president, David M. Disick, leaves today for a ten-day business trip to Russia. Disick is responding to invitations to speak to two gatherings of leaders in the real estate and finance communities.
Disick plans to address the XV Jubilee National Real Estate Congress sponsored by the Russian Guild of Realtors. His speech, “International experience of investments attraction in the development projects” is slated for presentation on Friday, May 18 in St. Petersburg.
On Tuesday May 22, Disick addresses the Moscow President Club whose members include senior-level entrepreneurs and managers in various industries including real estate development and financial services. He is speaking to that group on “Fractional Vacation Home Ownership and Its Potential in Russia.”
“I look forward to this trip,” Disick says. “I am advised that in Russia, fractional ownership of vacation home real estate is in its infancy. This trip is especially meaningful to me,” he continues, “because my father was born in Russia.”
Disick’s busy calendar includes numerous appointments to meet privately with individual members of the Russian development and financial communities. Discussions are to center on opportunities for capital raising and consulting on fractional real estate development. Appearances for Russian press interviews are also scheduled.
As time permits, Disick intends to keep in touch often with friends and associates via LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
